The remodelation includes a new gynecology / obstetrics service, 55 hospitalization beds, 3 stretchers for mental health emergencies, delivery rooms, waiting rooms and more.
The proyect includes air conditioning control and the mechanical ventilation of the corridors for floors 3, 4, and 6, and the obstetrics and lactation areas.
The Hospital of the Technical Private University of Loja (UTPL Hospital), is a Catholic and community service hospital, an entity that seeks to comprehensively provide the best physical, mental and spiritual health care for people, getting involved in the development of activities related to health and migration.

The clinic has more than 14,800 meters built, distributed in a six-story tower, located in a strategic area of the city with access by main roads, incorporating criteria for environmental sustainability. The new Santa Monica Specialized Medical Center has 33 large and comfortable doctor’s offices, specialized medical units in different disciplines, that will provide a complete service (consultation, procedures, rehabilitation, vaccination, education). The fifth floor is dedicated to pediatric care (boys and girls from 0 to 17 years old).
ISAI developed the KMC control system for the air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical extraction and chilled water plants on the six floors, highlighting the specialised control of 5 operating rooms, angiograph and intensive care unit.
