ISAI is implementing an automation system for the air conditioning and lighting in all rooms, with one KMC Controls Hospitality FlexStat controller installed into each room, allowing increased comfort with energy and maintenance savings. The system detects when the room is occupied or not and the control is different if it is leased, since you can receive based on the checkin / checkout whether or not the room is rented. Both reception and maintenance have access to each room’s historical.
Using the BACnet open protocol, monitored by the software TotalControl of KMC Controls, enables monitoring the system from anywhere in the world, without any special software or moving to the venture, which is an important advantage for the Fiesta Group of Spain, the owner of this hotel chain.
